Open the console command and set the fov to default with: cg_fov 65 Or you can change it from the graphic settings.

lilsindi You have a high fov probably because you messed with cg_fov and cg_fovScale
cg_fovScale is a multiplier.
So 65 fov and 2 fovScale = 130 fov
