MW3 Server lag

There's obviously something wrong with players ping at plutonium, at my server i should get 30 ping but i get 60 ping, where should i get 65-70 ping my ping never goes down that 100.

Can't say I've experienced the same problem, my ping seems to be within expected ranges depending on the servers location. -
MW3 has many "optimisations" for it's P2P styled network. They know residential connections are bad and hat to do quite many equally bad things to the netcode.

Because the ping in-game takes the time it takes for your packets to be handled into account. The ping on the server list does not. This delay is around 20ms, depending on how fast the server is
