WAW - "Unable to load import 'D3DXCompileShader' from module 'd3dx9_37.dll'.

I've downloaded the game multiple times, already have BO2 running fine and just repeated the process to download WAW but I continue to run into this error: "Unable to load import 'D3DXCompileShader' from module 'd3dx9_37.dll'. Help would be very appreciated!

Note that the bat does exactly that
