Error Communicating With Host - Map Change

This is an issue that multiple people have been getting when the server changes maps. I have seen multiple posts with the same title that have not been answered.
What is the fix to this? Is there a fix currently?
Short term solution would be to join the server again once disconnected, but to a lot of people that can be annoying to deal with.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification). You'll also be able to save bookmarks and upvote posts to show your appreciation to other community members.
