Please create a shortcut to plutonium.exe
Right-click the new shortcut and go to properties
Edit the Target field and add -timeout 600 to the path
Now try launching the shortcut. This should eliminate the timeout issues. -

Thank you Mr. Android for your quick response
I tried what you advised me and everything works fine, however I had to add quotes (") at the beginning of the target and after the .exe for everything to work.
