BO2 perk icons not working?

I loaded the costum survival maps mod and started a game on buildingtop (DIE RISE ROOFTOP) but my perk icons aren't showing up, instead there's just a list in the top left corner.
Is this supposed to look like that for this map? Or did I mess something up while installing?

They have hidden the image to make it more comfortable, that's why the names of the perks are in the top corner.
