Unban please, i am clueless

I got banned for using a toolbox for BO2. It came to my knowledge literally 5 minutes ago that i had to be in LAN mode. I actually never played online but only custom games. If you could do me a solid and unban me i'd appreciate it, if not, no harm done. I am Genuinely clueless that i had to be in LAN, besides, I didnt know how to do so haha>
