Custom Glove installation

Ive been playing this game for 2 days and i was wondering how to install custom gloves. I installed the files but i dont know what to do with them can someone help me with that and give a little tutorial for mw3

you right click on bottom left of your pc (windows) select run then type: %localappdata%
then go in plutonium then storage then iw5 then images then put your .iwi files in there and your texures should show in game : ) -

i legit put the files in the iw5/images folder but i dont get the gloves??
