Can I get vac banned because of using Plutonium?

I bought Black Ops 2 in Steam about 4 years ago, I only own the last dlc with origins. So I am wondering since Plutonium allows you to play all of the dlc zombies maps would I get vac banned for that? When I opened Plutonium it also opened the steam overlay even do in steam I was still in online mode like if I wasn't playing anything, I was also wondering if that's normal.

PlutoT6 has no connections to steam. So your fine.
You can also close steam and still able to play it.
