Shadow Cloud gaming unable to join servers

I saw a post from May 2020 that stated that it was not possible to join certain severs because of shadow being seen as a VPN.
Has there been an update on this situation? Or is it still the case that you are just unable to play theses servers?Thank you,

IAmDontKnow69 most likely not, it's not plutonium that blocks vpns but iw4madmin which is a 3rd party server administration tool for cod servers.
Additionally shadow cloud and other cloud gaming services use VMs so multiple people can play on one server (the only thing that is dedicated is the gpu). Plutonium can't run on VMs so it probably won't work at all. -
