BO2 ZOMBIES CRASHES MIDDLE OF THE GAME

This happens to me everytime i get to high rounds, like mob of the dead i get everything and suddenly it crashes but i can still hear the game and it doesnt let me reopen it again so i have to close it, losing all my progress. Is so frustrating

if there is no error messages or crashdumps created in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6 it's hard to tell what it's caused by..
