Black ops 2 Perma-Perks Question

Since the recent update that saves no longer works and they're updated into the cloud. I was wondering is there an easier way to unlock permaperks? I tried unlocking them in solo but as soon as my game crashed the permaperks disappeared. I only wanted specific permaperks but they all disappeared. I spent so long getting them to. I wanted to unlock all permaperks except red instakill and bone rank (lowest rank). I don't want to used the unlockall command either.

WolflexZ I'm currently making a chat command system for private matches which you could use to give yourself any perma perk among other things. Alternatively you could try and find a mod menu which does the same thing.

WolflexZ I don't use mod menus so I wouldn't know why they would crash the game instead of working correctly.
