Is plutonium safe?

I know that plutonium itself is safe but is the RCE and other exploits in plutonium fixed? I don't want to get hacked so is it safe to play on public servers and can you suggest any good public servers?

"Good servers" doesn't really mean anything, it's subjective.
A high quality trickshot server will still be a bad server to someone who dislikes trickshotting for example
Open the server browser and try some servers, sort by players count if you want or search keywords.
If you like hardcore for example search "hardcore" or "hc" for example -
