Cant play the normal maps zombies

I can't play the normal zombie maps, they only let me enter the custom maps when I want to play shi no numa or natch or verruckt they keep loading and when they finish it tells me server disconnected but with the custom maps that doesn't happen pls help

Exactly the same thing happens to me, I have had this problem for 3 months, before I could play without problems, the worst thing is that nobody helps
