Lost connection to host

My Pc: intel hd 4000 8gb ram ddr3 intel core i3.
I looked for someone with the same error and it says that the game takes 90 seconds to load a map and i think is my pc that has some stuff going on. Any tips to load the game faster?

CartelRecords put the game on an ssd or defrag your hdd.
Also don't connect to high ping servers and get the closer you can get to your router if you're using wi-fi or even better use a cable -
