Got banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason. I was playing with my friend, trying to get in a custom with him ( i didnt figured it out ) and suddenly i got banned. I installed the game yesterday and ive played like 5 games. Didnt cheat or used anything illegal. Just used the "unlock all " tool on the command line. I dont know what i did wrong. I just played some games to test it out and played 1 or 2 matches with a friend. Later on I logged in again and i was banned for 7 days.
I not gonna lie that after I saw that i was banned, i tried to log-in in a different account and the ban expanded. But I Still dont know what i did wrong. -
Caiolechu you only get banned for using a software to edit or inject into the game

Resxt That’s the point, I don’t have any hacking tool on my pc or I didn’t tried to inject anything in the game. I don’t even know how to do this kinda things btw. The account that was banned first was Vulgo Caio, but I tried to log-in in a different account that the username is Caiolechu and the ban expanded for 14 days.
If u could see what I did wrong pls tell me. I really didn’t downloaded anything to hack the game or anything. I was just trying to figure out how could I play with my friend in a custom game, and I couldnt figure it out. -
Caiolechu what were you trying when you tried to do custom games?

PotNoodleLol didn’t did to much cuz I don’t know a lot about those upnp and port forward things. I tried deactivating the firewall and that’s it. I actually was waiting my friend to install the game to help me, cuz he knows better than me on how to make those port forward things. Despite that, idk what could’ve caused the ban.

Personally I was banned for 14 days instead of 7 days is that normal ?
I cheated yes but solo or in private

GuiGnols I would understand the ban if I’ve used a cheat, but I didn’t. I don’t even know how to inject a hack in the game. Dunno what I did wrong. Was like my first time playing bo2 with my friend, I was super excited but now I’m banned out of nowhere.
