Bo2 bootstrapper loading but games not

Black ops 2 zombies loads in but the normal bo2 doesnt load in now. It worked last night. All it does is open up the bootsrapper and give code like "Loading Fastfiles" and "Parsing Menu" ive redownloaded everything, anti virus turned off for the application, etc. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me but I just kept relaunching and restarted my computer once and it worked
