Oops! Plutonium T6 ran into a problem and must be closed. first time install and start up of game issue

I downloaded Bo2 for the first time today and when the download was complete I then tried to launch the game when the "oops! Plutonium ran into a problem " error came up. I don't know what to do so please help.
