Is there a way to enable "Radar Always on"?

Ive been trying to put or search for a dvar for this option on IW5 but i cannot seem to find any.
I saw on different threads that its something similar to "gts forceradar 2" but i cant see any reference to that anywhere. -

Bubbles What could possibly be the "purpose" when T6 still has it? It just doesn't make any sense and its a pretty common feature used on Sniper matches

KillerAndMX I have no clue but I checked previous posts about it and staff have said it was removed intentionally

KillerAndMX It does make sense, the team doesn't randomly remove things for fun.
It was removed because some cheats could use that from what I have been told.
There might be a way to enable it with gsc but idk about that
