problème pour rejoindre un ami

Salut tout le monde certaines fois (pas tout le temps) quand je lance le zombie de bo2 ni moi ni mon ami ne peut rejoindre l'autre, quand on essaye de se rejoindre le jeu affiche le message d'erreur comme quoi je suis "unable to join friend session" comment faire pour régler ce problème ?
