RETR0 EDIT Did you cap your FPS?
Did you change video settings in game or in the Nvidia control panel?
Did you update your GPU drivers?
Do you have the latest GPU drivers? -

RETR0 EDIT i would think this is normal usage tho, my 2080ti also uses 80% when i uncap my fps (or cap it to a very high value). i don't think even a 3090 would sit at 20% utilization at 333 fps, maybe with all settings low and <1080p res..

Dss0 when i still had my 3080 @ 333 fps with all high settings mw3 was using around 10-15%. Seeing 80 with both of your cards is kind of weird

Dss0 1080p. Still, 1440p on an 11yr old game shouldnt get u to 80%. But idk what Retro plays on

RETR0 EDIT well somewhat the same settings i have, tho i have shadows and specular map on and image quality on native. I still think 20% on 4k high settings is impossible with 333 fps even on a high end gpu. if you uncap your fps it's just gonna try to run the game at the highest fps possible with all the gpu power there is (if not cpu limited) so no matter if you use a 9800gt or a 3090 usage will always be high, you'll just get more fps with the 3090.
