Great idea & Good pack! if you want some constructive feedback from a designer´s perspective, might be good to change these:
Revive: some gradient in the indication of the player going up to separate from its head
PHD: lighten the icon color, looks too much like its background
SpeedCola: just a little bigger magazine
StaminUp: just make the spiral a tiny but slimmer to resemble the original
MuleKick: make the inverse change, the first gun in a lighter color and the two below it darker (or its ok that way also, no real need to change)
Tombstone: turn it fully upside down would keep its cool and unique aspect, if you dont want, just make the RIP and the Skull icons bigger inside the iconthey also look too big for the game to render, make them all 64x64 or close to that, and export as BC2 (DXT3 Linear) assuming youre using PaintNET to save from PNG the final DDS file.

@IssamGamer So I checked over the files and all necessary textures for all perks are in there, I'm not sure why you cant find it, it could be an antivirus problem idk

AnomDestroyer I didn't create them, they are textures found on the web, the only thing I have done is put them in photoshop and tuned the brightness, saturation, and lightness, and use the rubber tool to get rid of any white outlines to make them look more appealing, then I turned them into a texture.

SayyKiller go to your file explorer, at the top paste: %localappdata%
then go -
plutonium
Storage
T6
and create a new folder and title it images.
Then simply put the iwi files into the images folder. -

who's who is kinda too much glowing it doesnt feel cool like the other perks and that's pretty much it the other perks look super cool specially Electric Cherry and PHD Flopper they are the dopest looking between all the perks
