Banned for 6 days

yesterday i was playing custom games waiting for a freind to join (BO2 multiplier)
after about 20 minutes of playing my game basically crashes and when i try to log in it says i have been banned for 6 days, i havent used cheats nor have i even talked threw the chat alot.Thanks,
