cod waw not saving my settings

after i finally can play waw when i try to enable full screen but it wont work what key to save ur settings

STRONGPASS look at the bottom right and click apply.
Note that playing in fullscreen isn't recommended on WaW.
We highly recommend that you play in windowed borderless to avoid crashes
