When I host a private match, it has a error file sum/name mismatch

Hello everyone. So I got this error as the title stated above when I host a private match. I already did the vid_restart command and it does work on the base maps but the DLC maps, it still had the same issue.
I tried with the verify files on Steam, didn't work. I tried download different DLCs in the MEGA and Torrent, same issue. Tried the %localappdata% by deleting the whole folder. Same issue too. Can anyone know how to fix this crappy issue?
