BO2 Language Files for Plutonium/Region Locked (FR,RU,GER,IT,SP)

Hello,
Its come to my attention that some repacks aren't providing all the files necessary to run languages as well as region locked copies not having access to the others. This can cause errors like the 720 font error or just cause your game to crash regardless. Here is a link for the language files for French and I will include links for the other languages when I get home from work.
