Cant play with friends on servers

I want to play with my friends on a server together to get the oldschool feeling back but if i join any server (with them in the party) they dont join with me and get kicked out after a few seconds how can i get rid of this problem?
Thx if someone can help me and thank all of you that you get us this MASTERPIEC of an shooter back!!

Godwood that doesn't work yet, just tell them which server you're on or have them connect to you via the friendlist.
