My mouse is stuck to the floor/roof

I was trying to play Origins when my mouse sensitivity was kicked way up, and I couldn't look anywhere else apart from the floor and roof. Anyone know a solution to this bug?

if u play with a joystick this error does not happen, idk why it happens with mouse
