Hi guys i have a question how can we activate the r_fullbright on mw3 you have to activate the sv_cheats on 1 my after that nothing works a solution

r_fullbright is a non-functioning Dvar in Modern Warfare 3's engine.

Rosamaha sv_cheats is server only, meaning it will only work on servers with cheats enabled. It is a host side dvar, not client side.
