cannot play with friends

Hi, i tried to play zombies in t5 but the invitation doesn´t work, we also tried another method with the console introducing the IP and this doesn´t work

cant join my friend either whenever whenever u accept an invite it just permanently just loads connecting to game lobby but doesn't do anything
