get this error message everytime i try to start up BO1... any ideas why?

GraNuLaTe where did you download the game from? Did you put any script/mod anywhere or did you modify your files in any way?

Resxt i downloaded the full game from the plutonium.pw website.
this is what my files look like. I didn't modify them in any way -
