i started pluto today and then i hit the play button this error happened ---------------------------

This error can be caused by poor internet connection. Has it ever worked for you in the past?

H3X1C no im new to plutonium and my internet is really good 1000down 50 up

Try using a VPN, if the error doesn't occur on a VPN it confirms the issue is your internet connection.

H3X1C I have this issue on black ops 1 only when using a VPN... disabling the VPN fixes it...
Really weird...
