Can't get past main menu in Zombies please help.

When i Load in my game gets stuck like this with everything working but the tv. I tried repairing the files, I deleted all files and downloaded the torrent twice in case anything went wrong but i get the same result every time. I've looked everywhere for how to fix it but i cant find anything, please help

Have you tried looking at the Plutonium Console Window that opens alongside the game? If not, please look in it and see if you can see anything that points towards a potential error.
