Controller won't work properly

I have added plutonium to steam and launced it through big picture together with shawn's controller mapping but only the right stick, X, RB and start will do something (but not what they are supposed to). I have tested this with both an xbox one and ps4 controller with the correct settings in steam but they do the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

diEcEvo So how should I open bo2? I have tried to open t6rmp through steam as a non steam game but it still does the same thing as well as when I open plutonium (not through big picture). I know that my controller worked fine the first time I launched bo2 but not since then.

L0wii with a ps4 controller you can download a program called ds4. It emulates a xbox 360 controller so you can use the native controller support on bo2

L0wii when you set up a ps4 controller with ds4 dont map the boutons to anything cause bo2 have native controler support. If u get stuck just tag me
