Progress sometimes won't be saved BO2/BO1/MW3 + BO2 Aim Down Sight Sensitivity differs from normal Sensitivity

I've been using Plutonium alot lately and sometimes it just wont save my Progress (Level, Camos, etc.) and i don't know why. I've asked on the discord and someone told me that Plutonium does not save on the Drive anymore but on a Cloud. Is this bug known and what can i do to fix it? (I have this problem with every game on Plutonium sadly)
Since the BO1 Update my Sensitivity in BO2 while aiming down sight is way higher than the normal one and it is not changeable in the game itself, is there a command for it or what i can i do to fix that?
