Got banned for no reason from a server of BO1 called "Domination Best Maps [DLC]"

I was chatting in spanish in the chat with some guys about computers and then got banned. If it was a english only server I didnt see any warnings about it plus the other two guys who I was talking to still playing there like nothing happened.

zRoMqN yea, seems to be a relatively new server and not hosted by a clan or anything. Sadly you're out of luck then.
