Can't invite friends to a zombies game

Problem when I try to play with my friend:
Hello. I wanted to play zombies with my friend, but something happened. Well, literally nothing happened. I mean, when I invite my friend to a private match, he recieves the invite but when he accepts, nothing happens and he's back to the menu. Please help me because I think the only way I can play with my friend is entering in the same server, but sometimes we can't becuase it is full or anything. I have not tried this on multiplayer but I think the same error is going to happen... maybe it's just bad luck for me hehe.
