Controller does not work on zombies and multiplayer

my controller does not work in game but it does work in the main menu anyone knows how to fix this?

In the settings, is gamepad enabled?

justchill1234 im having the same issue, the gamepad tab is grayed out no clue how to fix it

try restarting the game. if you are using ps controller, make sur to use DS4 windows

if those don't work then the devs will get on fixing the issue
