Spoonerstreet uninstall mcafee, it's known to cause issues with pluto even when supposedly disabled.
theofficial the files you need are in the torrent tho? everything apart from plutonium.exe which you're supposed to download separately. -

is it just windows 11 cuz i have no antivirus but bo2 works. ive downloaded bo1 a different way the same outcome im kinda fed up no lie just wanted to play it with my brother we have the same pc but i updated to windows 11 he didnt it works fine for him plz fix this bs
