Yes but you have to be friends in order to invite somebody.

Friend list in plutonium works a bit different just sned them a link of your profile they have to "heart" you then you see a notification and "heart" back.

foxy_1 I think currently you can only host your own games and then invite other friends on Plutonium to play Co-Op, viewing the server list doesn't mean you can join their lobbies, their game is more than likely already in progress. Probably need an admin to confirm this.
