Keep getting kicked from matches?

I just downloaded the game and made all my classes and such but whenever i join a server it lets me in until i click on a create a class then i get kicked. any reason why?

it happens when you create a class (which requires rank 4), your rank gets randomly reset upon joining a new server and you try to use a feature you haven't unlocked

Do you know if there is any fix to this?You can restart your game, then your stats are valid again. After that you can use the commands to unlock your stuff again.
