Can't connect to zombies servers??

My multiplayer servers load up fine (although all of the servers ive played on are ridiculously laggy at the moment.) But for some reason I can't load into any of the servers on the Zombies server lists. Any known causes or fixes for this??

I can't connect to the servers either. I rarely can join the servers as most of the time when I join it says, "No available sessions found. Please try your search again."
