Dialogues sound weird

Whenever a character says something in zombies, idk about the other modes, its really soft and it kind of echoes. Is this a glitch or did i mess something up in the settings? Or is something wrong with my sound?

I think this is a problem with my pc bc i tried it on youtube and that sounds weird too so ill try to solve it if anyone can help pls do

Me and others on discord are having the same issue, no dialogue for the playable characters

i fixed it i think it was because my headphones weren't inserted properly it wasnt an issue with the game

It seems to be an issue only on public servers not on solo
