Rotating emblem layers doesn't work

I'm trying to make an emblem but i can't rotate the layers, it barely moves, or i need to spam right click to make it move a bit more but it's still too difficult, Steam version works fine though

use the mouse wheel while holding right click to rotate. its weird and is obviously a bug, but thats one way around it

same for me, i even tried connecting controller and it doesnt work at all either -
yeah I can't get any of this to work either, no matter what I do I can't rotate any emblem layers.

Can confirm, same problem here. I even tried plugging in my steam controller and I still can't rotate it as well.
