Problem with private zombies lobby (connecting with friends)

Me and my friends have trouble getting us all in a single lobby. When one person host, only one other is able to join the lobby. If a 3rd person tries to join the same lobby, he's unable to join, but host then sees the third person as if they were in lobby while 2nd person who was there before disappears from lobby. Any 1 experiencing same issues?
We also tried starting game and connecting through console but to no avail (we get this game error https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/338423538543230979/983784778560065556/unknown.png)
any help is appreciated, thanks

Pokuc1337 im gonna reply seen as no one else has just to help you out - they told me that playing with more than 2 people on t5 zombies isnt possible right now but theyre working on a fix, its a known issue

just use a dedicated server with password and / or whitelist mod
