headphone and Console issue (Laptop)

I accidentally pressed the reset console settings button and now I don't know how to fix it. Plus, when I plus in headphones into the computer, the sound no longer goes to my headphones and just plays through the laptop speakers. The first time I opened the game it worked but now it just ignores it.
