@Tentha dont see why they'd take it down. I assume that Activision only didnt renew the contract because the ban on consoles was lifted (which is why it was made in the first place) and the fact that it was declining popularity, if activision was out for plutonium itd already be dead in the water with them providing the links to torrents. im not asking for pluto to run servers just looking for a playable version of the game again

@Tentha It's not that hard to come by, just needs some digging online or organization to spread the files. I for one downloaded the game to my hard drive just a few days before it shut down. I'm sure there are others too who did the same and it could be torrented that way.

Kark do you still have those files?
-
TheReal_Sojaboy Yeah I do. I don't have that hard drive with me right now, but I can get my hands on it again soon. In the meantime, if you or anyone else wants those files then add my discord and I will share it when I can.

I would also like to show my interest for COD: Online. Kark would the game files be enough or a

you peaked my interest, i saw m3rk play it a while back and never got a chance to play it myself. would love to help yall get that kind of thing working
-
green_gobby The game files themselves are not enough, but it's a start. Someone would then need to know how to write some code to even get to the main menu before anything else.
I wish I knew how to code enough to get it to a playable state like Bo2 redacted, but let's hope any of the Pluto devs or someone else experienced enough would hop on board to help get this thing off the ground.

This could be the new cod game we have all been waiting for guys, an actually new experience
-
@Tentha the CODOL servers was down 'bout a year ago, so i think it could be possible, but with SM² , we'll have our "perfect cod"

@Tentha as if making a codol client would be any faster the game scripts were hosted on dedicated servers and werent included in the game files themselves so a project like that seems near impossible, at least thats what i think
