Mouse and controller don't work

My mouse and controller work fine on everything else. Bo1, and the regular steam. But when I open up bo2 with plutonium, it doesn't show up. I have to use the arrows, and the controller doesn't work either. I've tried an Xbox 1 controller, and a ps5 with DS4 Windows. Nothing works.
I've tried the code online I've seen people use, and that does nothing. I join a game, and all I can do with a mouse is aim and shoot. A controller does absolutely nothing.
I have also disabled elgato, nvidia etc programs and that did nothing as well.
Any help from someone to finally fix this is appreciated.
