Vac Ban for downloading a game via Plutonium?

I was just wondering if you download MW3 (IW5) or any other of the iterations of the cod games without owning them will you get VAC/IP banned by steam? or due to the dedicated servers used by plutonium will steam not have the grounds to ban you?

You cannot be in any trouble on anything related to Steam by doing anything with Plutonium.

Noxbean You CANNOT get banned for downloading games, however, you CAN get VAC banned from some games if you inject cheat(s) on your account (such as CS:GO), can get OW ban (for cheating/griefing in CS:GO), trade ban for scamming, and community ban for doing something malicious.
Downloading games from different sources won't cause any VAC bans.
