I don't understand why when i play the game the fps are capped to 90, there's a method for remove it or change it?

Skyfoolls com_maxfps with the nummer you want.
Put that in the console.

Skyfoolls Although its best you cap it at 60 fps cause it would cause your ingame physics to go crazy.
